Repeat Prescriptions


Prescriptions Are Not Taken Over the Telephone (This is to avoid being issued the wrong medication. We can only accept written requests, either using the right hand side of the prescription, written request (or you can order though your pharmacy.)

72 hours’ notice will be required for repeat prescriptions. 

You may hand in your request at the surgery, there is a box in the porch or post with a SAE or email or register for our online services and order via the link at the top of this page.

You can arrange for your chemist to pick up the prescription from the surgery for home delivery. 

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip.

Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
