To request an urgent appointment for today or tomorrow (Monday to Friday)

• Use an online form open between 8am and 10am Monday to Friday to request an appointment. We will respond during our opening hours. We are open Monday to Friday, 8am to 6.30pm.

• Visit the surgery and speak with a receptionist. We are open Monday to Friday, 8am to 6.30pm.

When you get in touch, we’ll ask what you need help with.

We will use the information you give us to choose the most suitable doctor, nurse or health professional to help you.

To request a routine appointment in the next 7 days

• Use your NHS account (on the NHS website or in the NHS app).
• Use an online form open between 8am and 10am Monday to Friday to request an appointment. We will respond during our opening hours. We are open Monday to Friday, 8am to 6.30pm.
• Use Patient Access
• Phone us Monday to Friday, 8am to 6.30pm.
• Visit the surgery and speak with a receptionist. We are open Monday to Friday, 8am to 6.30pm.
• Use the NHS App [add any alternative tools] to book a screening test or vaccination.

When you get in touch, we’ll ask what you need help with.

Home visits

Please contact the surgery before 10am.  Ring 01942 883794 if you require a home visit during the day time.  Home visits will be made at the doctor’s discretion. Depending on certain cases the doctor may refer your visit onto the community service. The doctor will call you and inform you first and for your consent.

Your appointment

However you choose to contact us we may offer you a consultation:

• by phone
• face to face at the surgery
• on a video call
• by text or email.

Appointments by phone, video call or by text or email can be more flexible and often means the doctor or nurse can help you sooner.

Cancelling or changing an appointment

Where possible, please give 24 hours’ notice before cancelling an appointment.

If you need help when we are closed

If the situation is an emergency or life threatening, dial 999 and ask for an ambulance.

For urgent medical advice between 6.30pm and 8.30am weekdays, or during weekends and Bank Holidays, use NHS 111.

For children under 5 phone 111.

For people aged 5 and over go to the 111.nhs.uk website.

Staff meetings

The surgery will be closed between the hours of 1:30pm and 2:30pm on the last Tuesday of every month for a Practice Meeting.

We will give notice plenty of notice of staff meetings by advertising on our website or signs at the surgery, however please do not worry if you have an Emergency during this time or cannot call back at the surgery and it cannot wait until we re-open please call:
